This doesn't mean I haven't walked away from the shack, but likely I could be in ear shot. Unfortunately this script won't say if either of my 2m FM radios are on....Yet. Normally one of my FTM-100D's is set to W5SH 146.84 pl110.9 and the other scans thru the Tarrant, Johnson and Dallas county repeaters.

This menu cycles every 10 minutes. Unless my main server is offline.

If the mode is PKTUSB or DATA-USB then I'm in Digital mode.  
Anything ending in 74 is probably FT8

Anything ending around 70 +/- 2k will be PSK31
